I made kaddo last night by combining two recipes - the pumpkin from this one http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/322446 and the yogurt and meat sauce from this one http://habeasbrulee.com/2006/10/20/kaddo-bourani-pumpkin-with-yogurt-and-meat-sauces/ It's not the same as Maiwand Kabob's, but it's still amazing. I went with the first recipe's pumpkin, because it sounded closer to MK's and used less sugar and took less time, but next time I'm going to try the 3 hour slow bake and see how that turns out. But for something that only took about an hour, this was fantastic.
